What to do if my personalized blanket is wrong or there is a misprint?
Umm, first of all – I’m very sorry. 99.5% of our blankets are pawfect but occasionally one slips by quality control. Please email me at sarah@TheSmootheStore.com and I’ll find a way to make this right!
No need to return the imperfect blanket! Please donate the blankie to your local rescue group or animal shelter, or feel free to share it with your pup's BFF.
