Shipping and Returns
Shipping. We currently offer shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, Finland, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Canada and Australia; however, you can order some our of products through our printing partners outside of these areas. Please use this link to discover the available options. International shipping speed is subject to the postal service delivery times: 1st class mail often arrives within 20 days and priority mail within 12 days. For more information please visit USPS.com.
Production and handling time. We keep some of our best-selling products on hand, but many of our products are made to order and require doxification production time, in addition to shipping. Most items that are not on hand are noted in the product description. If you have a name added or other custom text it falls into the needs-more-time category. Please contact me at orders@TheSmootheStore.com if you have questions or are trying to meet a specific deadline. I will do whatever possible to try to make it happen.
Returns. We want you to be satisfied with your ween goods from The Smoothe Store, but understand at times items may need to be returned. To do so, please contact me at sarah@TheSmootheStore.com within 90 days of receiving the product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval of your refund. Refunds usually take several days to process and we try to make it as painless as possible.
International orders. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
